King David Series Artwork

Just completed artwork for Northstar's new series, "King David." Below are the two different proof options that were presented based off of their request to use the Statue of David in the artwork or an "ominous valley" concept. They ended up going with the valley concept for the final artwork.

I've also included the original David statue image and mountain image that I used as the starting point for these. Reached the final artwork after several layers of clouds, textures, color and contrast adjustments.
